ProsCube is six people in three time zones who've all shipped real work, gotten ghosted by real recruiters, and decided to do this better.
We were tired of recruiter emails that started with “Hope this finds you well.” We were tired of hiring managers spending 12 hours a week on phone screens that went nowhere. We started ProsCube to do less of both.
Our matchers all shipped real work at some point. Some still do. That's the whole secret: read the portfolio like a peer, not a search query.
We stay small on purpose. Six people, ~200 active companies, ~400 active candidates. If we grow it's because the right person walked in, not because the spreadsheet said so.
Every résumé. Every JD. Every time. If we won't read it, we won't take it.
If we can't find three, we say so. We don't pad the list.
On lowball offers. On vague briefs. On JD copy-paste.
We don't email you about "exciting opportunities". You'll know when we have something.
Stack, comp, on-call, the bad parts. All visible before round one.
We'd rather turn down a client than dilute the bar.
